The last 2 times I purchased pork products from this store, I could tell the meat was tainted due to the fact that the pigs were not castrasted in a timely manner. This caused the meat to give off a foul smell within one hour of cooking it. Earlier this evening I attempted to explain the situation to the owner, yet he really had no interest in listening to what I had to say. I can honestly say that I knew what I was talking about since I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in addition to having 20 years of work experience with the United State
