Absolutely DO NOT do business with Caseland Company. We ordered tuff boards in May 2011 and was told multiple times our order would be shipped. By Oct 2011 we were told the order was still pending. Although other customers orders (placed after ours) had been fulfilled the owner, Glen Ubanks, could not answer why our order hadn't been fulfilled. He had no other answer, but to suggest canceling the order and resubmitting on the website. He provided no other alternative and was very argumentative and rude. Each time we called for an update they were very unhelpful
