I went to the Regency for a quick eyebrow wax when I had a dreadful experience last time that has really turned me off from ever going there again. The girl who did my brows was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. She started with luke warm wax. Then, realizing that wasn't working proceeded to just keep replying and trying again and ended up lathering on the wax four times and irritated my skin so bad that I was peeling for days- I pleaded with her just to pluck the hairs she couldn't get with wax. No instructor ever came by. I refused to pay and ended up leaving
