It seems as though there are too many indians and not enough chiefs here. The owner is spread really thin and was stressed out every time I went in. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable as if people were walking on eggshells. I didn't get a sense of comradery when I went and there was never enough one on one time with the physical therapist. He couldn't give me the time I needed not only to address my physical problems, but he was very abrupt and vague about answering any questions related to insurance, reimbursement, etc. He didn't appear to have a solid unde
