My husband visited Rachel Hagler, M.D. at the Charlotte Links Dr. Meridian Office on 2-21-08 for shoulder pain. Dr. Hagler knew that my husband had high cholesterol already. She didn't order any testing to determine the cause of the shoulder pain and gave him a Motrin prescription and would see him in 4 weeks. Well, tragically and sadly for my family, my husband didn't live that long. He died one week to the day from his dr. appt. He died from a heart attack.
