I have been searching for a quality assisted living facility for my mom. I took a look at Country Oaks Manor and I was shocked at the sanitary conditions inside. The place was dirty, run down, and the grounds were completly unkept. The outer appearence of the building requires major maintenance just to present an " acceptable" appearence. I just wanted to share my experience first impressions are everything. My assumptions are that the outer appearence just might reflect on the quality and initiative of care on the inside.
