I've banked with this particular Cary branch since the 1970's when it was CCB. Now Sun Trust. I received a bill for $40.00 for a Safe Deposit Box that I didn't even know I had. Since I NEVER requested one I assumed there had been an error. Went in to bank, explained my reason for visit and was told. "We (the bank) must have opened it when you opened your account.!??? I have no keys to this Phantom box, so.....now it's going to cost ME $150.00 to have a locksmith come into the bank to drill it open.!!!! Talk about bank policy??? They implement their own policies whether yo
