I do not agree with the ratings posted here. That might have been the case a while back but I have lived here for two years and what was originally a mediocre experience has turned into a great one since American Campus took over. The staff has been very nice and always works with me to make sure my work orders are fixed, they let me know when I have packages, and they are always having some kind of function. I would definately have to say that University Manor is the best improved apartment community in Greenville...and that is coming form someone who has seen both sides o
