Review

I drive from Raleigh because it is worth it. I have studied different Martial Arts but found them lacking. Here at Parker's Self Defense I find a welcoming environment and the Head Instructor and Founder of the system actually teach each class. I find it very refreshing that this studio teaches 6 days a week and that special classes like San Shou, grappling and weapon training are free for me. I hope you will visit the studio for a free class for you or you children. The best way to understand Bai Kai is to experience it. Talk to the families that train there
