I sent these guys a Warn winch from the bay area that had literally melted down during use. They received it, called me within a day or maybe two (Warn says it has to be within five) and quoted me about half of what I expected. They fixed it immediately and were right at the estimate cost. Scott, the guy i talked to was extremely friendly and easy to deal with and got my winch back to Oakland the day after I called with the credit card number.
