This has got to be, hands down, the worst place I've ever had to experience. I took a piece of glass in to have two pieces cut using mine as a template. They broke my glass, told me I brought it to them broken, and had the audacity to tell me that they were NOT going to replace it or be responsible for it. I've never been talked to by anyone like that before. Everyone including the manager was rude, hateful, and condescending in every conceivable way imaginable.
