Oh, I actually lived here for a stretch. Not bad and the price is right. One of the few complexes in RB with a swimming pool. It is well maintained these days - hopefully the office staff have had a bit of customer/public service training since my visit -as they were extremely rude. Also, no playground and you must keep your children corralled and a constant eye. I was in trouble repeatedly for my child playing with his Tonka trucks in the mud in the back of the complex and also for hitting trees (large ones) with sticks etc... All in all though - I do recommend o
