My son was enrolled the year before kindergarten. At the time, I had no other options available for child care. My son's father had died and my son and I were both going through an emotionally and financially tough time. I spoke with the director and she made promises as to the things they would teach my son and how structured his day would be. He seemed to be doing very well. I was approached by the director a few months later about enrolling my son in a different program at Advantage. She said it was to prepare for kindergarten, but that I could get financial
