At Down East Dance, classes are carefully designed to promote coordination, flexibility, strength, technique, correct alignment, and creativity! We strive to promote and develop self confidence & self-esteem in a supportive & enjoyable dance environment. Down East Dance offers classes in Preschool, Kinderdance, Classical & Contemporary Ballet & Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical & Clogging. For students ages 3 & up. Professional dancers and educators teach all of our classes. Classes are designed to follow a nine-month comprehensive curriculum followed by year-end recital to display the progress of the students.
