We just had my first experience calling a plumber out of the yellow pages. Our rental in CL needed to have a faucet fixed. I live in DC. He spoke to me, arranged for an estimate and within 2 hours of my call he was at the house making the repairs. His wife even phoned to say he was on the job and would phone when finished.He did and we made the payment over the phone. He was so good I promised to recommend him to the 82nd and all others!!!
