Doctors & Nurse Beverly are GREAT; Walk-ins are by time only and your wait WILL be VERY LONG. The rest of the staff (front desk) are NOT friendly or helpful at all. They never smile and often forget to place your file in the proper place. When they answer the phones they dont even sound nice. They are the first people you see or speak to. Not a good first impression for North State Medical Center. I will be taking my family back to our old doctor (an hour away). Theres a lot to be said for a friendly caring staff.
