We arrived at our house in Duck, NC to find no linens or towels. I called and was told they were delivered that morning and housekeeping from our rental agency must have taken them. I then called our rental agency, who put me on the phone w/housekeeping. They had just received a call from Beach Detail telling them that they HAD NOT delivered them. Now I've wasted the first half hour of my vacation trying to track down my linens and being lied to by Beach Detail. When I called Beach Detail back, understandably upset, I was told I would not be getting linens at
