Jarman Const. was awarded the contract to build our new fire/rescue building in Vanceboro....that is where it all went down hill from there. The work performed by Jarman and their sub-contractors have to be some of the shottiest I have seen in a long time. The site foreman is hardly ever present to oversee the daily activities, and when he is their seems to be no care about the work going on. There have been so many incidents from different color brick being placed in the same columns, shotty metal work performed on the roof to even smaller details such as ceramic tile bein
