I had a problem with my online purchase- contacted customer service... when I eventually got a hold of someone... they could barely speak English- didnt understand what I was trying to tell them. Made the problem worse & I ended up having to call back almost 10 times after that to fix a billing error! It was ridiculous!!! Almost 2 months later I finally recieved my item & was reimbursed the money they overcharged me for...almost 2 months!!! They need to stop out sourcing because its bad for business when their service reps. cant communicate!
