Southern Loans has been pleasant to deal with. The employees are professional and understanding. Amanda Boykin has exceeded expectations.She has shown empathy when late payments are experienced, came by home to collect and refinanced when needed and was able due to length, payment history etc. Professionalism and respect were shown at all times. I have talked to Jackie and Debbie but I usually ask and speak directly to Ms. Boykin due to positive interactions I have experienced from her.
