Dr. Fleming presents as a caring doctor, however after 5 visits and my contacts are STILL not right, Dr. Fleming and his staff have become avoidant and passively disrespectful. I have had to contact my insurance company in order to get some HELP considering I have spent close to $400 there and NOTHING to show for it. In fact, the insurance company is also having a hard time getting a hold of them and seems like they do not want to cooperate in letting me go as a patient so that my benefits are "reset" so that I can go to a different doctor.
