On Wednesday I called Massey Wheel Alignment to inquire concerning the cost to replace a right front wheel bearing on my sons Jeep Cherokee. I mentioned that I was not sure if the wheel bearing needed to be replaced and needed an estimate. I asked when the Jeep could be brought in to be checked out. I was told that same day. My son brought his Jeep by and told the repairman that there was a scrubbing sound and that he was not sure what it was. Massey did not test drive the Jeep and proceeded to replaced the right front wheel bearing even after fully realizing that the
