My wife and I recently broke down while in Lenoir for the weekend. I received Roy's name from someone working in the restaurant where we broke down and eventually managed to get hold of Roy at about 7pm (yes, 7pm!). He told me he would come take a look as soon as he could. He came out to us at 8pm and said he could help us but not until the morning. He drove our suv back to his shop and we followed him.
