Review
The instructors are top notch, internationally renown female martial artists. They bring a compassion and strength to their teaching that is unique. This in no way diminishes the power of the training in sparring, weapons, and traditional Katas, but enhances the practice with a broader application in life. Unless it has changed since I was there, you study two different styles of Karate and end up with degrees in both forms.
