The unprofessional-ism that I experienced dealing with the two ladies from this company was astounding. From hearing one of them calling my daughter a b**** on the phone and hanging up on her ,to telling me the next day to take them to court then and hanging up on me! My daughter was trying to resolve an ongoing issue with them as well as trying to clear up a falsely reported issue. Thats when she was called a b**** and was hung up on, when she was clarifying that they couldn't just lock her out of her apartment as they were threatening. I then tried to talk to
