I called to order mulch from Amherst Earth for the first time today. First of all, the man who answered simply said "hello", I had to ask if I had actually reached Amherst Earth, then he gave me a hard time for asking. I told him I wanted to order mulch and was in process of giving him my contact information when another phone rang. He did not put me on hold, so I was able to hear that it was a personal phone call about someone graduating and having a party. I finally hung up without placing my order after being kept waiting for several minutes while he chit-chatted on
