As established by the founder of Network Care, Donny Epstein, D.C, we have found that the tension, position and tone of the structures of the spine, the body’s habitual range of movement and capacity for breath, play a significant role in the expression of illness or wellness in any individual. By making precise, gentle contacts on the spine, the brain and body are cued to move from a state of overwhelm and defense to a state of ease and growth.
