Dr. Michael J. O'Connell diagnosed my shoulder problem about 4 years ago. I had been to several specialists, and they all wanted to operate. I figured rather than go that route, I would try Dr. O'Connell's recommendations first. He injected my shoulder and the surrounding area and then sent me for a series of physical therapy appointments. All I can say is that it worked. Dr. O'Connell is the owner and CEO of PainCare.
