I don't know how this restaurant stays in business. Let's start with the service- one waitress for the whole restaurant! she was a pleasant woman but clearly over her head. My husband and I waited almost 15 mins just to be asked what we wanted to drink. 35 mins to receive our appetizers. I ordered the lobster and shrimp bisque, the 4 small shrimp was so over cooked I could have used them as a super balls and as for the lobster- what lobster? it tasted like hot cream. The waitress graciously took it back and took it off the bill. The "house salad"
