I am a current patient of this office and have spent alot of money here because I had to in the past. Now, if I am lucky enough to get past hours and days of busy signals, then the phone tech either "can't hear me" (my phone works perfectly fine), there are suddenly five people in front of me and I am put on hold for hours, or we are cut off by the operator mid-sentence. If my body was working properly, I'd go down and make an appointment, but I am injured. The phone is my only choice until I can make an appointment, but it seems like this place will do everything they can
