Review
I left my fiancee's computer with ITI to remove adware and increase the RAM. Not only did ITI NOT remove the adware (which was interfering w/normal operation) but when we plugged it in an electrical burning smell enveloped the room and a noise was coming from the computer. When we returned our PC, the propriotor "diagnosed" the mother board fan and power supply were both bad, which were fine when we initially dropped it off. Draw your own conclusions.
