I hired the owner, Ray, to complete a sign for my business and it has been exhausting trying to get in touch with hm after I gave him my deposit. Finally, I demanded my money back and he tells me, "You%u2019ll get it when I have it". Obviously we are in litigation right now it is just a matter of time before he pays me or receives a judgment. The worse part, his attitude goes from ok to terrible once he gets some if not all of your money.
