My wife used to go there often, but the performance of the owner of the salon seems to have deteriorated quite a bit. One can gauge how good someone is not just when things go great, but how well they handle a situation that didn't go as planned. This is where Beleza completely failed. After a knowingly botched hair coloring session, the owner refused to correct it, kept reassuring it was fine (when it was made clear that it was not), and she did not offer any sort of reconciliation other than recommending that my wife buy her own chemical solution or produc
