I work for a local security firm, and one day our server went down. I took it to safenet, expecting I would have to explain everything, such as, save the data. They told me to put it down, and I turned to leave, they called back and acutally sat next to me to start up the computer. They then made and order sheet and photocopied it for me. The next day, it came back good as new, with all the data intact. They listed all the problems, such as that the power supply went out, and the hard drive was bad.
