I shopped at Wayne Pet Place only because it used to be the only local store that sold my brand of dog food. However, whenever I shopped there, it was almost always an unpleasant experience. It's always understocked, like they're going out of business or under construction. And they never had the products I was looking for, like high-quality reptile products and good dog supplements. The store always has a dingy "pet" smell also. And worst of all the service is poor. Young associates are unfriendly (appear grumpy to be at work!) and seem quite uneducated. On one occasion I
