Worst lawyer! I took him to Arbitration and won: he failed to 2 Green Card Applications & a J1 Visa and illegally withheld documents. I had to file with State Bar to recoup costs and won. Another lawyer got my Green Card. Do not retain this person. He%u2019s incompetent.
