Poor customer service. We got our pre owned bmw there and of course on the sales process they can be the nicest people because they need to sell the car but when it came time to send the registration they sent it via fed ex without even requiring a signature when it was delivered so the inevitable happened....our license plate and registration was lost because it was left in the front door of our house.
