Unhealthy atmosphere and unprofessional handling of situations, including addressing major issues and even laughing when a patient expressing a problem that they are looking to seek help for and tackle and has a track record for seeing patients for years...decades...and not achieving or showing concern for the obvious the lack of progress and life obstructing problems that should be a focus, not an oversight, inconvenience or taken ingenuinely. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
