I was amazed when I cooked Crane Farm's broccoli - steamed it was sweet and the darkest green I've ever seen. I steamed a giant head of white cauliflower this November and it was juicy and sweet. Where have you ever had sweet cauliflower? I baked their sweet yellow potatoes this November and they were like sugar. I needed some pineapple for contrast. November they still have excellent Granny Smith and Winesap apples for making sauce, butter or just eating fresh. I've never ben disappointed with anything they sell.
