This is one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. They never do what they say they will or call you back as promised. You have to call everyday and catch the boss by accident. It gets even worse when they already have your money. They were supposed to process a simple refund after I was medically excused and unfit to fly with all supporting documents. They never notified the airline despite my advance notice. They told me for months my refund was being processed. Nine months later, no refund, no return calls, no return e-mails, nothing. T
