Maddox management is a greedy company. Yes%2C they have great places to rent out but when you move out they do not give back your deposit. I hired a cleaning lady to clean my place and they took 85 bucks out of my deposit%2C when i asked about it they did not have a great excuse. they told me it was for cleaning the fridge. uh%2C ya right. save yourself the trouble and rent from other companies.
