My husband's brother was sent here when he was not well enough to return home after a hospital stay. The worst incident so far is that an aide brought his breakfast tray, set it on the tray table next to the bed and left. She did not offer to raise him to a sitting position in the bed, did not put the tray in place or lower it to eating height.
