I went to Dr. Yup as a very fearful patient having been afraid of Dentists since my last appointment 5 years prior. Dr. yup was not only there to meet me and chat in the waiting room, he was kind and very understanding of my fears during my exam. Afterwards, while I was waiting in the waiting lobby for my kid's exams to be completed, he noticed that I was in pain and stated that he could do a procedure to get rid of the pain right away. He then immediately whisked me back into the chair for an unscheduled (partial) root canal (I am not sure what the technical term for it
