I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson for many years and over the past few years I have felt that he has been less then upfront with me regarding what my insurance company was responsible for and what I was. Recently, I ordered contacts through him and I was told by his staff that I could use mail-in rebates to help off-set the cost so that it was cheaper than 1-800contact. When I arrived to pick up my contacts the staff informed that I could not use the rebates I was promised. Rather than be upfront with me, Dr. Levinson decided and extra $15
