Not to long ago my grandmother passed away.... and Steve sat down with our family to discuss the arangements. It was like sitting with one of the family, not all business like this it what it is,what it costs, now pay me. He was kind, courtious and caring. Which really put my Mom at ease knowing her Mom was it good hands. I unfortunatly have been to several funerals....all loved ones having the fortune of Bagozzi's caring services. I would recommend them to everyone because living or deceased you get the utmost respect and care frome them. Thank you Steve!
