Really frustrating experience. There is no way to speak to anyone on the phone here. It's all automated. I made my appt on line and then went, had a blood test and gave precise instructions about faxing the results to my primary physician. I assumed it had been done, and found out 3 weeks later that no results or information had ever been faxed to my doctor. Once again, I can't get anyone on the phone to rectify this, and I must go all the way down there during business hours to see if I can remedy the situation. I would never use them again.
