I've been here several times now with my now 12-year-old lab mix, both to wash her myself with instructions from the staff, and to have them do the job. At all times, I was very pleased; I knew that the cost of the service was something I woud have to put up with. Not only were the human proprieters of the establishment cordial, the canine critters in their care were too, for the most part. If there were any exceptions to that general rule, the humans knew where they were, and they remained in control. It was a pleasure just to watch the interaction
