I called this company when my Sub Zero refrigerator started to get warm and the meat was defrosting. They sent out a man who was able to repair it quickly. He had to order a special part but he was able to get it the next day and had my fridge working fine again!. I was impressed that he was able to figure out what was wrong quickly and didn't waste my time! Note: I wanted to give them 5 stars but the form on this page would not let me go above 4 stars???? But they deserve 5 stars!
