I'm a personal assistant for a gentleman who lives in Manhattan and I called Skinner Plumbing and Heating for them to come and service his boiler. We set a date and time for them to come. I called them that morning to confirm. I waited at our assigned time for over 2 hours and they didn't come. I had to call THEM to find out where they were and they informed me they weren't coming that day. I told them that we'd be wanting them to take something off the bill because they didn't come when they said they would. They said they'd have to see what the charges were go
