I will give you the best advice ever: If you have a MAC computer, do NOT take it to the Staten Island Mall. Invest in a bus ticket and go to the 5th Avenue Manhattan store (make an appointment onlne first, they are very busy). The guys in the Staten Island Mall Apple store have barely enough knowledge about computers. In my case, I had a macbook with a faulty motherboard. Standard procedure is to copy the Hard Drive, send the computer in for repair, reinstall the data, then present all to the customer. They 'copied' my 250 GB ha
